About
A hotel team,
looking after houses.
Zipstay is ZenStay's brand for houses. It is the same company and the same people, running homes instead of hotel rooms.
ZenStay runs eleven boutique hotels across California on software it built itself: self check in, 24/7 support from real people, and prices that are adjusted every day. Zipstay runs whole houses the same way.
Why two brands? Someone looking for a hotel room and a group looking for a house want different things, and one website trying to do both does neither well. So the hotels are on zenstay.com, the houses are here, and the same team runs both.
Zipstay is a brand of ZenStay Inc., a California corporation with DRE corporation license #02428929 and its main office at 1117 State Street in Santa Barbara. ZenStay's hotels are developed and backed by GTB Group.
