Very lovely stay
My husband and I stayed in unit 3 for 1 night on a Labor day weekend. We really enjoyed it. Our unit was spacious, freshly renovated, had everything we would need and more, comfy bed, big TV, etc. No problem with parking, loved the beautiful shared spaces. The only thing I would change is take off the protective film from the unit door, so one could see a little bit of the street. Otherwise there is no window and no connection with the outside, if that makes sence. Even to see if it’s sunny or cloudy outside I would have to open the door and look. But still, 5 stars, impressive, thanks!

Wonderful stay, would love to stay again!
We had a completely different booking cancel on us the day of, so had to book this spot last minute. And it turned out to be the best mistake to have happened! Check in was seamless. I will say read through all the notes before arriving because the doors are particular (need to *pull before pushing to open, which was in the check in notes). The units and property seem brand new. We stayed in Unit 3 which was a great little studio. Kitchens/Kitchenettes are fully stocked! Nespresso, electric tea kettle, pots, pans… you name it. A/C and heat from the ceiling unit was great. WiFi worked well and was able to work from the studio. Common areas were amazing. Used the roof deck every day there, which had its own WiFi for getting some work done in the Santa Barbara sunshine with a great view of the water and the mountains. Parking was easy and readily available. Very close to State St. and the boardwalk/beach. Can’t say enough good things. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Santa Barbara Stay!!
My best friend and I stayed here for a short girls getaway and loved it!! The location is perfect – a close walk downtown and a short drive to the beach. Everything was so clean, seemed freshly renovated and inviting. You can tell there was great thought put into the little things, like the tar wipes we didn’t know we’d need so badly after an afternoon at the beach. We also loved the rooftop to enjoy a drink on and do a quick workout with a view. Perfect little studio! I hope to be back soon!

Cute, Clean, Great Location!
We enjoyed having a modern room with a kitchen, private entry. We had everything we needed in the room, in fact my husband is still talking about how comfortable the bed was. The biggest perk for us was that it was a short walk to downtown and the water, but in a peaceful neighborhood. Bonuses, friendly communication with staff and convenient free parking!
