A separate dining room off the kitchen opens to a stone patio and terrace, and there is a media room for movie nights.

The kitchen has high end appliances. The primary bath has heated floors and a freestanding soaking tub. Central air keeps the house comfortable all year.

Outside, native plants, old oak trees and path lights make the deck a good place to spend the evening. You get four parking spaces: two in the driveway and two in the attached garage.
