We manage your house for 15% of booking proceeds. Cleaning, linen and maintenance are billed at what they cost. We mark up nothing and we pay for the software, so the 15% is the only money we make on your house.

Pricing
The same system that prices ZenStay's hotels. Rates are adjusted every day against your market, not set once a season.
Listings
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and direct bookings on zipstay.com, all on one calendar so nothing gets double booked.
Guest support
Real people on the phone 24 hours a day, and by text from 5am to 1am. Guests never get a bot or a voicemail.
Housekeeping
Cleaned to our hotel standard and inspected between stays. Cleaning and linen are billed at cost.
Maintenance
Handled through our own contractors. Anything over the limit you set waits for your OK.
Reporting
A monthly statement with every line itemized, and payment on a fixed date.
What we do not do
We don't mark up cleaning, linen or vendor bills. There is no setup fee, technology fee, listing fee or marketing fee, and no commission on top of the 15%. If you see a line on your statement that isn't a cost we paid for you, it's a mistake and we'll fix it.
